Got Good Work Ba-gua?

What does your work desk LOOK like?  More importantly, what does your work desk FEEL like?  Does the energy flow freely at your desk?  How is your work chi?

Feng shui uses ba-gua.  A ba-gua map is a tool used in feng shui to map a room or location and see how the different sections correspond to different aspects in one’s life. These sections are categories like fame, relationships/marriage, children/creativity, helpful people/travel, career, inner knowledge, family/ancestors/health, and wealth/blessings.

The ba-gua map is intended to be used over the land, one’s home, office or desk to find areas lacking good chi.  The ba-gua map also shows where there are negative or missing spaces that may need rectifying or enhancement.

The thought is the placement of items on your desk CAN AFFECT your mood and ability to get things done.

Look at the chart below.  Place yourself sitting at your desk behind the Career and Life path area and look out over the chart.  How does the arrangement of items on your desk and work area correspond to the chart layout?

If you find many areas not corresponding to the chart, rearrange your work space the best you can and take a test drive… can you FEEL good energy flowing through your area?  Is there an increase in good energy?

Let me know the outcomes if you take a test drive.

Here’s to good chi.
