I love cheat sheets.
I love cheat sheets for work, life, ANYTHING.
Just TELL me what I need to know to get the task done.
Just TELL me the meat, the gist.
CHEAT SHEETS ARE SHORTCUTS.
CHEAT SHEETS ARE TIMESAVERS.
Cheat sheets are great REMINDERS.
This is why I LOVE a Wellness Wheel.
It’s a pie for life… it’s the ULTIMATE cheat sheet.
Each slice contains a REMINDER of how you can live a balanced life, because you create your own wheel.
Cut a circle the size of a small pie or pizza out of cardboard (about six inches in diameter).
Using a pencil, lightly draw ‘pie slices.’ You can section off as many slices as you want.
Assign a message to each slice.
You can have a slice for eating well, healthily and wholesome.
You can have a slice for connecting with nature.
You can have a slice for taking care of your body.
You can have a slice for taking care of you mind.
You can have a slice for taking care of your soul.
You can have a slice for nurturing your relationships.
You can have a slice for learning, growing, seeking a deeper sense of wellbeing.
You can have a slice for fun.
You can have a slice for what YOUR HEART DESIRES.
Decorate your wheel so it speaks to you… your wheel can be a collage of fabrics, pictures; it can be words; it can be drawings; it can be symbols, quotes, poetry… it can be ANYTHING that makes it yours.
Put it somewhere that you will look at daily.
REMEMBER to incorporate all or some of the slices into each and every day.
You can change your wheel as you grow.
You can create a new wheel as you change.
Keep what’s important in front of you.
At all times.
Live in Zen.
