6. TAKE YOUR OMEGAS DAILY!  Essential fatty acids are healthy fats that our bodies DO NOT produce. Omega 3s, 6s, and 9s are examples of essential fatty acids.  Omega 3s and 6s improve your blood flow, decrease inflammation, help protect against sun damage, improve eczema and psoriasis, and ENCOURAGE collagen and elastin production, not to mention improve your brain, immune, and blood pressure.

Essential fatty acids need to be included in the foods we eat or in nutritional supplements.  Make sure you get the required amount of Omega 3s and 6s daily, and your body will then produce Omega 9, which aids in the prevention of heart disease by lowering your cholesterol levels.
